    • Sales tax consulting including nexus studies exposure quantification voluntary disclosures reverse sales tax audits ASC 450 reviews technology planning
    • Advise clients on sales implications relating to business objectives recommend alternate courses action identify compliance methods statutes regulations
    • Serve clients portfolio proactive recognize opportunities provide additional services serve deliver accounting services ensure technical accuracy high-quality work product within budget time constraints
