    We are looking for a Sales Quoting Analyst to join the Americas sales operations team, reporting to the Manager of Quoting in Tacoma, WA.

    In this flexible hybrid role (Tacoma or remote), you will support high-quality outcomes on all aspects of the quote validation process.

    You will review and validate customer quotes, leveraging best practices and ensuring alignment with company policies.

    You will develop successful relationships with Sales, Sales leadership, Field Sales Operations, and Channel Partners to ensure the quality of quotes and drive efficiency in our booking process.

    What youll do:

    Manage daily reviews of quotes and ensure a high level of accuracyValidate quotes against established guidelines and work with sales teams, sales operations, partners to address any discrepanciesCommunicate with key stakeholders on status of quote issues and aligning to a high standard of quality in the quoting processCollaborate with the cross functional teams to gather feedback and continuously improve the accuracy of quotes.

    Utilize Salesforce CPQ tools to evaluate and validate quotes in alignment with pricing and discounting policies.
    Provide guidance on enablement recommendations for the sales teams on the use of Salesforce CPQ tools and quoting processes.
    Implement quality assurance measures to identify and rectify errors in the quoting process.
    Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators related to quote generation and validation.
    Provide insights to management on trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement to enhance quoting efficiency.
    Maintain organized records and tracking of all quotes, ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
    Stay informed about industry best practices in quoting and incorporate relevant advancements.
    Assist in special projects related to quoting process enhancements or system upgrades as needed.
    Develop and update standard operating procedures for the quoting process.


    What youll bring:

    5+ years of combined experience in sales operations / operational Sales Cloud / CPQ experience requiredTrack record of managing to goals and delivering exceptional customer supportDemonstrate ability to evaluate, build, create, and re-invent sales processesAbility to execute in a complex, fast paced environmentCalm, supportive and partnering demeanorExperience in advanced Excel, Salesforce, and Google sheetsStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision, think creatively and pivot to changing priorities and deadlinesWhat success looks like: In the first six months, you will Become an SME on internal quoting processesUnderstand the business and processes to support quote reviews/validationConfidently engage key stakeholders and drive resolution of purchase order booking issuesBuild strong collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders including sales operations, OM, sales and partner teamsAfter the first year, you will Be actively engaged in the quoting and daily PO booking process, proactively identifying issues with incoming purchase ordersIdentify opportunities for improvements and actively create solutionsIndependently manage cross-functional projects and requirementsWeve got you covered: In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our compensation philosophy.

    Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role. The typical base salary range for this position in Washington is $80,700 - $110,400, plus corporate bonus potential.
