Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescribed medications and pharmaceuticals according to professional standards and legal requirements
• Manage drug inventory efficiently
• Compile and analyze patient care data effectively
• Communicate with patients and colleagues using strong oral and written skills
• Organize workloads to meet deadlines and improve department systems
• Demonstrate good judgment and confidentiality in handling information
• Utilize Microsoft Office and computer skills proficiently
• Provide excellent customer service internally and externally
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures, respond calmly in emergencies
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and interpret statistical reports
• Demonstrate problem-solving, leadership, and management skills
• Support hospital goals, objectives, and treatment philosophy

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Pharmacist, pharmacy management experience preferred
• Licensure/Certification: Illinois State licensure and CPR certification required
• Knowledge/Skills: Understanding of pharmacy operations, drug inventory management, and drug information. Proficient in data analysis, communication, and Microsoft Office. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and customer service skills
