- Dispense prescribed medications and pharmaceuticals according to professional standards and legal requirements
- Manage drug inventory efficiently
- Compile and analyze patient care data effectively
- Communicate with patients and colleagues using strong oral and written skills
- Organize workloads to meet deadlines and improve department systems
- Demonstrate good judgment and confidentiality in handling information
- Utilize Microsoft Office and computer skills proficiently
- Provide excellent customer service internally and externally
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures, respond calmly in emergencies
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and interpret statistical reports
- Demonstrate problem-solving, leadership, and management skills
- Support hospital goals, objectives, and treatment philosophy
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Pharmacist, pharmacy management experience preferred
- Licensure/Certification: Illinois State licensure and CPR certification required
- Knowledge/Skills: Understanding of pharmacy operations, drug inventory management, and drug information. Proficient in data analysis, communication, and Microsoft Office. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and customer service skills
