    Support Engineer Intern

    About the Company: iManage U provides students the opportunity to dive into the world of a rapidly growing technology company. It offers a structured program focusing on project-based activities, enhancing business knowledge, honing problem-solving skills, fostering collaboration, team building, and of course, some fun experiences too. The internship program will run from June 3rd to August 9th this year, providing valuable insights into the industry.

    Join Our Team in Chicago: This internship will be based in our downtown Chicago office, with exciting in-person activities lined up.

    Goals of the Program:

    • iM Inspired: Engage with leadership and learn during lunch and learns.

    What to Expect as a Support Intern: Dive into the global Customer Support team, gain insights into the product suite, and directly assist internal teams and customers.

    Our Customer Support team uses problem-solving and technical skills to resolve challenges, develop best practices, and ensure customer success. As part of our rapidly growing team, you will collaborate across various departments like R&D, Professional Services, Cloud Services, and Cloud Operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Participate in technical training on product suite installation and configuration.
    • Assist the team with support issues, process improvements, and cloud onboarding projects.
    • Contribute to developing and publishing best practices, technical content, and solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • Experience with scripting languages (Powershell, Python, etc.).
    • Knowledge of SQL database technologies.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Comfortable working in teams and as an individual contributor.
