Qualifications

  • Graduate of a CAA approved Speech-Language Pathology program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology

Your Responsibilities as an Acute Care Speech Language Pathologist

  • Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or to next level of care


  • Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs


  • demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members

  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS THROUGHOUT THE HOSPITAL (I.E. PHYSICIANS CASE MANAGEMENT NURSES ETC)
    The position can be performed remotely through internet connection or calls without restrictions.
