The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) is a technical health care worker who performs selected physical therapy procedures and related tasks under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist.
Pay:
$39-46 per visitQualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduated from a physical therapist assistant (PTA) curriculum approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or has passed a national examination for physical therapist assistants (PTA).Must currently hold a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license of good standing in the state of Colorado.
Must be able to communicate in the language of the client and document client related activity as appropriate.Possesses adequate and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Preferably One (1) year of experience working as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).Preferably Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) experience in the Home Health Care / Home Care Setting
