- Lead HRIS Function: Manage the activities of the HRIS team providing direction and development while leading the ongoing review and prioritization of HRIS projects
- Partner with Business and Functional Areas: Deliver solutions and processes applying HCM expertise to address technical and business issues in addition to developing, upgrading, and maintaining our HR systems
- Oversee Design and Implementations: Ensure proper design, development and documentation of system configurations and processes, while managing implementations, upgrades and maintenance of new and existing HR systems
- Gather and Analyze Feedback: Review end-user and peer feedback on systems and processes to identify enhancements, then develop action plans and timelines
- Communicate HRIS updates: Consider downstream impact on system changes and ensure appropriate communications to impacted groups
- Enhance and Maintain Reporting: Develop and maintain HR dashboards to influence and drive strategy, ensuring the accuracy, creation and cadence of standard queries and reports for end users

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years of HRIS systems experience (Dayforce strongly preferred)
- Business analyst experience
- HR regulatory environment and compliance knowledge
- HR metrics and analytics a plus
- Lead or project management experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and relationship building experience preferred
- Microsoft Excel advanced proficiency required
- Programming language concepts (SQL, DAX, XML) experience a plus
