    Welcome to an Exciting Opportunity in Southeastern Virginia


    Job Title: Primary Care Physician


    Location: Southeastern Virginia


    Duration: Feb - ongoing


    Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8a-5p


    Call: Every third week to cover Weeknight 5p-8a for clinic patients, Friday 5p-Mon 8a


    Scope: General Adult only Primary Care, mostly Geriatrics. Complex care, IDT participation, Home and SNF visits (possibly if needed, unlikely)


    EMR: EPIC


    Group/support: Full clinic staff


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide high-quality primary care to adult patients, with a focus on geriatrics
    • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings for comprehensive patient care
    • Conduct home and skilled nursing facility visits as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Medical degree and board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
    • Active state medical license in Virginia
    • Experience in complex care management and geriatrics preferred
