Job summary

This is a hybrid position. You must reside within commuting distance to Flagstaff as some on-site work is required.
The Physician Compensation Administrator provides expertise on the analyzation of potential Professional Service Agreements (PSAs).

S/he evaluates the adequacy of documentation should the organization pursue PSAs with moderate to high risk and ensures all contracts are properly executed and adjudicated.

The Physician Compensation Administrator maintains database integrity and ensures all payments to physicians and physician groups comply with the terms of the contract.
