We are seeking a highly organized detail‑oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations.The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills the ability to multitask and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients vendors and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls emails and written correspondence in both English and Spanish.
- Coordinate calendars schedule meetings manage appointments
