    Systems Analyst Senior

    Location:
    Hybrid - Onsite in McLean Tuesday through Thursday.

    Assignment Type:
    Contract Only - Currently funded through EOY with opportunity for extension.

    Work Authorization:
    This requirement is open to sponsored candidates through sub-vendors - one layer deep. The candidates must be W2 employees of the sub vendor.


    Bill Rate:
    Willing to consider up to 90.00

    Must Haves:
    This is an analysis position, not a developer. They need to be able to collaborative with technical and business partners. They need to have advanced querying experience using SQL - data experience is a must.

    The Systems Analyst Sr will be part of the Business Intelligence and Data, Modern Delivery team in the Single-Family line of business helping to transform the way in which *** does business

    We are looking for a versatile Systems and Product Analyst who is energetic, brings fresh and creative perspective with constant collaboration and out of box thinking.

    Your Impact:

    As a Systems Analyst Senior, you will:

    • Work with product owner and the team to scope & plan changes
    • Document well written User Stories based on communication, discussion, meetings
    • Support day to day operations, and projects by performing impact analysis (including upstream and downstream), UAT testing, data analysis/lineage, and other technical/business support
    • Facilitate requirements capturing and user story grooming sessions with stakeholders and document user-stories with clear acceptance criteria
    • Help prioritize and plan the upcoming sprints
    • Partner with Development team and Architects to find innovative solutions
    • Work with teammates to clarify the requirements and scope and test developed solutions to ensure accurate business outcomes
    • Work with other interface teams including the data model, architecture, support teams and be a crucial liaison in iteratively developing and maturing the product
    • Work with product owners, developers, and analysts to define, develop, and deliver product enhancements and new products

    Qualifications:

    • Five or more years of related work experience
    • Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and SQL skills
    • Experience in system, data analysis is required
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Mortgage Industry or Financial Services experience is preferred
