    Remote-first

    Overview
    As an SEM Analyst, you will manage and optimize search engine marketing campaigns across both Google and Bing.

    You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends and insights, and continuously improving the performance of campaigns to meet goals and objectives.

    Develop, execute, and manage search engine marketing campaigns (paid search, PPC advertising, etc.) to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for clients.


    Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and make recommendations to improve ROI.

    Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience research to inform campaign strategy and targeting.

    Work collaboratively with internal teams (designers, copywriters, developers) and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.

    Create, provide insights

    and present regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.


    Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to search engine algorithms to ensure campaign strategy is aligned with best practices and recommendations.

    You have

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, or a related field.

    2+ years of experience in search engine marketing, including managing paid search campaigns.

    Proficient in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing tools.

    Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.

    Excellent communication skills and ability to present data and insights to internal stakeholders.

    Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Knowledge of performance marketing channels outside of paid search is a plus.

    Certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other relevant digital marketing tools are a plus.

    Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to:
    geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs.

    In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
