What We Need:

• We are seeking a Sales Development Associate for our HNI Workplace Furnishings team. The role will increase HON sales volume across assigned accounts within designated territories.

Responsibilities include participating in the Sales Development program learning agenda, building product knowledge and processes. This includes presentation skills, proficiency in HON products and pricing tools. You will engage with various departments to build internal relationships and broaden organizational knowledge.

1. Create sales collateral and manage daily tasks such as generating quotes and developing renderings
2. Conduct business development activities to identify new sales opportunities
