    Seeking a Full-Time Landscape Branch Manager for a commercial landscaping company in the Philadelphia area.

    Our ideal candidate has landscape maintenance branch manager experience, solid business understanding, strong leadership abilities, and great customer relations skills. You can motivate and encourage your teams and maintain strong client relationships

    Summary:

    The Landscape Branch Manager will act as a client liaison for the company by providing excellent service to ensure that clients' needs are met. The manager will focus on maintaining strong client relationships to achieve high customer retention and help the branch meet its revenue goals. Additionally, the candidate in this role must be capable of overseeing and mentoring personnel.

    Essential Function:

    · Develop long-term relationships and communicate regularly with clients

    · Inspect key client properties to monitor performance and overall job quality.

    · Ensure existing accounts are renewed each year

    · Coordinate and manage client service teams

    · Develop annual budgets

    · Be fully responsible for the P&L of the branch

    · Work with Controller/CFO to accurately track branch performance

    · Ensure billing is completed in a timely and accurate manner

    · Ensure all contracts are executed correctly

    · Ensure proper use and care of all branch assets

    · Identify staffing needs

    · Monitor branch safety record and implement methods to improve safe workplace practices

    · Monitor and mentor Account Managers and Operations Managers

    · Implement and enforce policies and procedures as issued by us.

    · Drive and develop new contract and enhancement sales processes

    · Ensure new sales goals for the branch are met

    · Identify prospects to meet sales goals

    · Understand and accurately estimate jobs

    · Communicate with, counsel, train, discipline, review, and develop growth plan(s) for employees

    · Work in a fast pace environment while operating with a high sense of urgency

    Supervisory Responsibility:

    The Landscape Branch Manager manages all account managers, operations managers, foreman and laborers of all departments and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department. The branch manager is responsible for growing a collaborative and accountable team environment and developing branch staff through providing learning and coaching opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    · 5+ years of landscape experience

    · 2+ years of Landscape Branch Management experience
