    Position Title: Global Mobility Analyst
    Location: REMOTE
    Pay Rate: $22-$26/hr (+benefits)
    Assignment Length: 1-year W2 Contract

    JOB OVERVIEW
    Key member in supporting the Immigration Business Partners (IBPs) and the immigration program
    This analyst role will work closely with experienced immigration team with US & Global immigration cases under the guidance of THE immigration team and in partnership with the external law firm.

    Responsibilities
    • Monitor immigration alias inbox
    • Apply judgment on whether the communication should be addressed by immigration counsel or internal team
    • Action counsel requests for PERM, LCA postings
    • Flag escalation issues to IBPs (utilize different communication channels including slack etc.)
    • Manage cost approvals
    • Initiate relo/mobility/repat with Aries in MobilityX
    • Maintain and update PERM posting contact list
    • Facilitate candidate visa assessments
    • Review and provide guidance for I-983 forms
    • On a quarterly basis, update DOL PW and update PERM Recruitment Account Info
    • Provide Salary range to EIG for LCA and PERM
    • Invoice Management
    • Town Hall setup (calendar invite, live streaming, Slido)
    • Draft Business invitation letters for IBPs
    • Responsible for drafting presentation materials, playbooks, internal process documents, slack messages, newsletter etc
    • Responsible for report analysis with counsel
    • Monitor and alert HRA for I-9 reverification processes
    • Support the IBPs with monitoring vendor SLAs
    • Assist managers and employees with data collection and escalation
    • Review offboarding reports against counsel roster reports to indicate impacts to employees offboarding
      Partner with counsel on implications and share findings with IBPs.
    Qualification
    • 2-3 years with immigration and global mobility experience
    • Understanding of U.S
      and Global immigration regulations and processes
    • Ability to analyze immigration reports and data to make informed recommendations to the Immigration Business Partners
    • Effective verbal and written communication with individuals of all levels and backgrounds.
    • Experience in a culturally diverse environment.
    • Intermediate computer skills including use of web-based applications and Google Suite products
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
