The Engagement Manager is responsible for successfully driving recruitment and retention strategies in the assigned county(ies) to facilitate the growth and sustainability of the council. She/he will provide training and resources to support onboarding, training and retention of volunteers at the service community and troop levels.}Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Engagement & Program Troop Manager and Engagement Coordinators to design a comprehensive plan for girl and adult membership growth.
