- Partner with marketing and sales leadership to define customer needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog for marketing tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, martech, development) to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
- Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user acceptance testing.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of marketing products.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on marketing technology trends.
- Communicate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders across the organization.
- Advocate for a data-driven approach to product development and decision-making.
- 9+ years of experience in marketing or product management.
- Proven experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology (Martech) landscape.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms a plus.
- Experience developing and managing product roadmaps.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
