    Field Service Technician (FST)

    In this critical role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of healthcare equipment in various settings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshoot and repair client equipment to ensure optimal performance.
    • Install, configure, and maintain AV, Electrical, and Mechanical equipment for clients.
    • Accurately document activities, expenses, and timecards daily, using Microsoft Office Suite tools like Excel, Word, Outlook, and Salesforce.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism with colleagues, supervisors, and clients at all times.
    • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills to effectively convey information and resolve issues.
    • Perform basic math calculations as required by the job.
    • Escalate complex matters to KRW leadership when necessary.
    • Read, interpret, and understand schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
    • Maintain positive customer interactions and adhere to environmental awareness principles at all times.
    • Foster a safe work environment by adhering to safety measures.

    Requirements:

    • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
    • At least 1+ year of experience in field service with Electro-Mechanical devices is essential.
    • Experience working with Microsoft Office and PC device connections, including serial ports, USB connections, resource selection, and IP address settings, is also required.
    • A background in electronics, computer systems, and mechanical/hand tools is preferred.

    This position may involve occasional travel outside your territory to support colleagues in other areas and participate in training sessions. Overnight stays may be required on rare occasions.

    Estimated Salary Range: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour.
