- Manage project with a value of $35M+.
- Own the project financials and job profitability.
- Orchestrator of the project team ? client, architect, superintendent, project engineer, etc.
- Manage and communicate change orders, purchase orders and invoices.
- Represent Builtech as the client?s primary contact.
- Daily communication with your project teammates.
- Partner with the superintendent to co-develop a master schedule and ensure it is updated weekly.
- Mentor Project Engineers and Asst. Project Managers to ensure their ongoing career growth.
