Planet Fitness is seeking a General Manager to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of club staff and maintain our Judgement Free atmosphere

Responsibilities:

Supervise team of club employees
Maintain a fully staffed schedule
Train and evaluate employees
Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
Resolve escalated customer complaints
Upkeep club maintenance and cleanliness
Exemplify our Judgement free philosophy, delivering excellent customer service to our members

Qualifications:

Previous management experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong leadership qualities and work ethic
