    We are hiring here in Tacoma, WA for an finance professional to lead this fantastic business through growth and financial cycles and to champion the accounting team of this dynamic company.

    This position will oversee finance, accounting and the reporting function and is a very strategic position for the organization.

    The CFOs job RESPONSIBILITIES include:

    • Implementation and maintenance of key controls as well as software upgrades.
    • Manage all aspects of finance including the banking relationships and financial strategy
    • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and annual close
    • Budgeting, forecasting and planning analysis
    • Financial reporting and leading financial strategy
    • Managing the G/L, A/R and A/P teams
    Your QUALIFICATIONS at a minimum for this great opportunity should have:

    • Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting
    • 8+ years total progressive finance experience
    • Experience in and around the construction industry
    • A CPA would be a huge plus
    • Exceptional communication skills both internally and externally
    • Process driven work ethic.
