- 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday: 6am - 3pm; Friday: 6am - 12pm
- Set up prototype and production parts on various CNC press brakes using prints and other developed plans
- Oversee forming department production plan
- Assist department employees with set up and/or operation issues
- Assist with training of new and existing employees
- Perform in process inspections to verify adherence to print dimensions
- Create tool and program library within all machines
- Ensure production output and perform operations duties as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
- -----Required Skills & Qualifications-----
- 5+ Years set up press brake experience
- Ability to determine proper dies, setups of dies, setup of gauges and adjustment of ram stroke from all types of parts
- Experience with step forming radii
- Ability to determine forming sequence of multiple hit parts with and without the use of work instruction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and identify metals
- Pay: $15 - $23 per hour
- 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday: 6am - 3pm; Friday: 6am - 12pm
- Use various methods, abrasives, air powered tools and equipment to grind & polish metal materials.
- Polish components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
- Perform light maintenance power tool equipment and report equipment faults for repairs.
- Quality Assurance Checks, ensure product specifications are quality maintained.
- -----Required Skills & Qualifications-----
- 3 Years metal polishing experience
- Able to learn & efficiently performing multiple functions throughout the polishing department.
- Use a variety of methods, abrasives and tools to safely, efficiently grind & polish materials.
- Multi-task in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work independently and within a team, with minimal supervision.
- Prior related work experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and identify metals
- Basic math skills
- Hand dexterity
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to lbs
- Ability to squat, stoop, bend, kneel, twist and reach
