    Requirements

    • New Jersey Physical Therapist License

    • Computer Literacy

    Responsibilities

    • Evaluate and diagnose patients, both physician referrals and direct access.
    • Assess each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
    • Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers.
    • Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner.
    • Work towards clinical excellence through CEUs.
    • Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges and improve clinic flow.
