    Essential Job Duties:
    Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures.
    Sterilize and arrange surgical instruments and equipment.
    Assist the surgical team during procedures.
    Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons and nurses.
    Maintain aseptic conditions and infection control protocols.
    Monitor and anticipate the needs of the surgical team.
    Handle specimens and facilitate their transfer to the laboratory.
    Clean and restock the operating room after each surgery.
    Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and successful surgical outcomes.


    License/Certification:
    Must have graduated from an accredited surgical technology programMust have active CST First Assist certificationMust have active BLS certificationExperience preferred
