    Description
    Job Title : Mainframe z/OS System Programmer
    Location : Remote
    Duration : 6 -12 months (with possible extension)

    Job Description:
    • 7+ years providing 24x7 support for all aspects of the mainframe environment
    • Provide install, upgrade, maintenance of z/OS, CICS, DB2, COBOL, and ISV products.
    • Advises management of new releases and features and assists in creating project plans for implementation of software and features
    • Provides technical assistance and instruction to application teams
    • Provide Disaster Recovery preparedness and testing
    • Responsible for OEM and ISV products, productivity tools, codes exits and customizes installation
    • Working knowledge of technologies: Connect Direct, zSecure, ACF2, IZPCA, Safe Guarded Copy, Changeman, Global Mirror
