    Description

    Join our Team as an Inventory Control Specialist at Camtronics!


    Camtronics, a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, is currently looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. As part of our workforce, you'll be responsible for managing inventory counts at Camtronics.


    • Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform physical counts
    • Assist Team Members with inventory issues in the ERP system
    • Conduct monthly cycle counts and coordinate year-end physical inventory count
    • Investigate inventory discrepancies and propose solutions to management
    • Issue parts/kits to customer work orders and manufacturing orders
    • Review inventory cost variances and identify root causes
    • Receive inventory and expense items into the business
    • Minimize slow-moving and obsolete inventory
    • Provide support to Production Team Members
    • Order shop-aid and production non-inventory expense items
    • Correct material or unit of measure daily
    • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners
    • Maintain shelf-life log and current SDS sheets
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management

    Requirements

    • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Work Experience: 1-3 years in inventory control
    • Specialized Knowledge or Abilities: Ability to read and interpret documents, excellent communication skills
    • Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with Microsoft Office and Quantum software preferred
    • Mathematical Skills: Ability to use mathematics to solve problems
    • Reasoning Abilities: Ability to understand and carry out instructions
    • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task
    • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, perform various physical tasks
