Job Title: General Laborer/Warehouse Worker

Job Description: The General Laborer will perform a variety of manual labor tasks in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, operating simple power and hand tools, reading tape measures, following instructions, and maintaining a clean work area. The ideal candidate will be willing to be trained in multiple areas and tasks and must have basic math skills.

Job Duties:

• Perform general manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
• Use simple power and hand tools as directed.
• Read tape measures accurately to ensure proper dimensions.
• Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
• Operate equipment and machinery efficiently and safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area through regular housekeeping practices.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent injury to oneself and others.
• Bend, stoop, twist, push, pull, and lift up to 80 lbs repeatedly as required by job tasks.
• Stand for long periods of time during work shifts.

Requirements:

• Willingness to be trained and work in multiple areas and tasks.
• Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills.
• High degree of attention to detail to ensure safety and quality.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
