    Job Summary

    We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive with established relationships at the Principal/Executive/Decision Maker level at organizations using Commercial level automotive Fleet operations in Distribution, Food & Beverage, Transit, etc.

    spaces. You will have an established track record creating business opportunities by consultative selling to senior level decision makers.
    This role is laser focused on developing business with candidate's existing and new customer accounts across a national/regional footprint. Our competitive variable compensation plan is uncapped, which reflects the priority of new account growth for our division. This role will be remote within the Pacific Northwest region, with minimal travel required.
    Responsibilities/duties
    Introduce existing relationships to Sitelogiq's offering of solutions and covert those relationships into Sitelogiq enterprise accounts.

    Prospect and build relationships with new accounts, leveraging your network and communication skills to gain access to decision-makers in commercial real estate.

    Cultivate opportunities, forecast accurately, and meet revenue and margin-based sales targets.

    Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, including initiating dialogue, qualifying, understanding needs, tailoring solutions, and executing mutual close plans with EV Charging and other sustainability solutions.

    Take the lead role in engaging prospects in order to thoroughly understand their business drivers and buying criteria.
    Communicate discovered requirements to internal stakeholders and coordinate team efforts to develop and propose solutions that meet client objectives.
    Map out the decision-making process and power base for each target account.
    Build and maintain a robust pipeline, updating and leveraging the CRM to operate efficiently.
    Qualifications
    California Market knowledge/experience preferred
    Five (5) years of B2B sales experience, must include experience selling to large enterprises in a National/Named Accounts model
    Experience selling to senior leadership at owners/operators of large Automotive Dealerships and Dealership groups , prioritizing Fleet Organizations
    Track record of exceeding annual sales goals of $3M+ and closing deals with average size $100,000+
    Ability and confidence in communications with Principals and high-level Executives in the sales process
    Extensive background and deep network in the Automotive and/or Fleet industries
    Expert level competence in consultative or discovery-based solution selling
    Experience selling energy efficiency, energy-related services, or other large-scale capital projects a plus
    Bachelor degree in relevant field preferred
