- High School Diploma or GED is a prerequisite
- Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective task prioritization
- Must be flexible with changing priorities and meeting tight deadlines
- Possessing effective interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically excel, word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of FDA/cGMP guidelines
- Knowledge of Agile and Oracle
- Knowledge of Project Management concepts
- Create Requisitions and PO's for Quality
- Take detailed meeting minutes for Piedmont facility and Corporate QA
- Review and approve Change Request Notice (CRN) for Quality Assurance
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Pull metrics for Quality Assurance and Quality Control for management reviews and put together PowerPoint presentations as requested
- Assist in gathering supporting data for investigations
- Support Corporate Quality team in customer requests
- Manage continuous improvement projects for the Quality Assurance department
- Support product stewardship needs
- Assist with contract customer Quality needs
- Support Sr. Director of Quality in any other project needs
