    Job Summary:


    The Learning and Development Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating and supporting the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of the Hotside, Batching and Cellar team members.

    They are responsible for creating, implementing, reviewing, updating, and maintaining training programs to support the professional development of employees.


    Primary Responsibilities:


    • Develop a structured training program centered on safety, quality and technical skills.
    • Collaborate with department managers, supervisors and brewer III's to identify training needs.
    • Design, develop, and update training materials, SOPs, modules, and resources.
    • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training for brewing department employees. Create SOPs for training.
    • Be the point person for new hire onboarding and first month training plans.
    • Facilitate training sessions with the team and management.
    • Collaborate with safety and compliance team members to ensure employees are trained and equipped with the tools and resources necessary to work safely and within compliance of company policies.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Modify content based on results.
    • Ensure that all training programs are compliant with industry standards, regulations, safety, and company policies.
    • Ensure SOPs are updated in a timely manner by working with team members (experienced and in-training)
    • Establish KPI's to assess the effectiveness of training programs in a measurable way.
    • Maintain accurate records of training activities, completion, attendance, and certifications.
    • This includes change management within SOPs, policies and any other related procedures.
    • Recommend external - workshops, conferences, lunch & Learn - training opportunities and continuous learning based on the needs of each individual and team as a whole.
    • Adhere to all PPE and GMP requirements.
    • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environment.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
    • Design fun, creative educational opportunities to drive engagement a further the technical advancement of team members.

    Education and Experience:


    • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience in Operations Management or Manufacturing or related industry; engineering degree, a plus
    • 3+ years of experience working on automated manufacturing lines, preferably within the beverage industry
    • 2+ years training/leading teams
    Salary Description

    $28-$33/hour
