    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B technical marketing in industrial markets, with a focus on driving marketing campaigns through direct and indirect sales channels. This role will lead our Marketing communications and Sales enablement initiatives, making it a multifaceted opportunity for a well-rounded professional.

    Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

    Marketing Communications
    • Campaign Management:
      • Conceptualize, plan, and oversee end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless integration across digital, social, and traditional channels.
      • Measure campaign performance and ROI, making data-backed adjustments as necessary.
    • Content Strategy and Development:
      • Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content for various platforms, tailoring messaging to target audiences.
      • Drive the content calendar, ensuring a steady cadence of high-quality materials.
    • Partnership and Vendor Management:
      • Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with industry influencers, media outlets, and complementary brands.
      • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
    • Event Management:
      • Lead tradeshow planning. Duties include event selection, participation (exhibit/attend/scout), and establishing objectives (e.g., lead targets). Produce and maintain annual trade show calendar for all relevant events in our industries.
    • Collateral Management:
      • Revise/create marketing collateral per a prioritized schedule
      • Ensure collateral accessibility for customers, Sales, and channel partners
    • Social Media Management:
      • Create annual social media calendar including content sources topics
      • Measure campaign performance and ROI, making data-backed adjustments as necessary.
    • Lead Generation
      • Create execute campaigns that generate sales leads. Build lead nurturing paths to qualify leads to send to Sales channel partners
    • Manage Marketing Communications infrastructure tools (e.g., Marketing Automation, Web hosting, etc.)
    Sales Channel Enablement
    • Collaborate with MTE Sales Channel Management to create go-to-market campaigns that measurably contribute to sales goal achievement
    • Collaborate with Application Engineering to create and deploy effective selling tools (demos, collateral, digital assets, etc.)
    • Develop training program for direct Sales and indirect sales/channel partners spanning new hires through tenured associates
    • Manage the creation of engaging training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive modules, tailored to different sales roles.
    • Collaborate with Sales Channel Management to create curricula around enhancing product knowledge, sales skill development and sales processes.
    • Assist distributor partners to make Mutual Marketing Fund (MMF) investments that drive incremental sales.
    • Audit MTE content on partner websites, social media. Collaborate on improvement actions
    • Develop and maintain appropriate dashboards to track and measure marketing results against business objectives, provide regular reports and recommend improvements and corrective actions, as necessary.
    • Manage Sales Channel infrastructure tools (e.g., Partner Portal, Learning Management System)
    Performance, Metrics Reporting

    People Management
    • Manage Marketing Communications associates to achieve business and professional development goals
    • Effective communication skills to collaborate and support the team environment at all levels of the corporation to build action plans that drive growth and resolve issues in a positive manner.
    Knowledge, Skills Experiences

    The ideal candidate for the Field Marketing Manager position will have the following educational background and experience:
    • Bachelor's Degree/MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in business-to-business marketing role(s).
    • Demonstrated experience in field marketing (e.g., Marketing Communications, Event Planning, Sales/Technical Training, Channel Marketing, etc.) preferred.
    • Experience in the power quality, variable speed drive, electric motor, power electronics, or electric power industries a plus
    • Project management experience preferred.
    • Experience with Field Marketing infrastructure systems (e.g., marketing automation, learning management systems, partner portals) preferred.
