We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at Playa Largo Resort & Spa in Key Largo. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring guest satisfaction.Responsibilities
- Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently;
- Process all payments according to established hotel requirements;
- Provide information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner.
