Job summary
Hall 2 is a 50-bed long-term care and memory care unit that provides residents with daily activities and a comprehensive range of services and support.
This unit serves residents with varying levels of acuity, from high-functioning individuals to those who are bedbound.Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to long-term care and memory care residents in accordance with established care plans
- Perform basic physical assessments and monitor resident status, reporting changes in condition
