- Oversee company's entire international transportation network
- Manage all shipments and deliveries (destination, port of entry, direct from origin)
- Partner, negotiate, and manage contracts and rates with ocean/air 3rd party providers
- Implement, develop and enhance shipping visibility tools
- Collaborate across international divisions of the business to understand key areas of growth
- Oversee imports from multiple origins including Central Asia, Southeast Asia and Africa
- Management of small parcel, import air, and final mile operations
- Bachelor's degree (ideally in an analytical subject)
- 10+ years International Transportation experience
- SAP experience strongly preferred
- Retail/Fashion industry experience is preferred, but not essential
- Strong process improvement & cost saving accomplishments
- Experience with managing teams of direct reports

An established, successful, and growing apparel organization is now looking to hire a new Director of Global Logistics, to work with the SLT (Senior Leadership Team), in helping to transform the company's Supply Chain and blast the business to the next level.
