    Description

    Position: Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) Functional Consultant

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework) and Integrations, including Java, REST, XML/JSON, and Groovy. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong background in ORMB modules such as Customer Setup, Billing, Pricing, Payments & Collections, and General Ledger.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform ORMB functional and technical configuration construction to validate functionality prior to migrating to production and to perform post-production release health checks.
    • Anticipate client concerns and questions and provide timely, professional, and client-focused communications via meetings, status reports, phone, and email.
    • Participate in design sessions with Business Analysts, functional business owners, and outside implementation partners.
    • Work with QA to create test script scenarios for enhancements and customizations and be involved in end-to-end testing.
    • Provide functional and technical production support during and post go-live to ensure the quality and timeliness of project deliverables.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed. Responsible for UAT and production cutover tasks.
    • Provide production support involving identifying complete job streams and monitoring it during billing and general ledger activities.
    • Develop the build instructions and work closely with the configuration management team to deploy the solution in an On-Demand environment.
    • Perform smoke test after completing the build and deployments on production and other environments, reporting if any issues occurred.
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience with OUAF and Integrations: Java, REST, XML/JSON, Groovy.
    • 4+ years of functional expertise in ORMB modules such as Customer Setup, Billing, Pricing, Payments & Collections, and General Ledger.
    • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries in ORMB data model.
    • Familiarity with ORMB technical architecture, framework methods, Web Application Server, Business, Application Server, and Database Server.
    • Experience in Health Insurance Enrollment & Billing (ACA & Fully Insured).
    • Ability to prepare configuration design documents as per functional modules and develop RM&B configurations such as Service Scripts, Plug-in scripts, BPA Scripts, UI Maps, Zones, and Portal.
    • Team spirit and good communication abilities.
    • Good organizational skills.
    • Working knowledge of product development architecture including ETL processes.
    • Proficiency in the use of analytic tools.
    • Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles.
    • Excellent oral and written communication.
    • Ability to work with large teams.
    • Understanding of design quality standards.
    • Creativity and adaptability.
