This role will lead and coordinate across functions to develop and implement key processes that will help build and scale the business.
In This Role You Will Get To
Lead all aspects of assigned programs to enable the achievement of defined growth targets by planning, advising and supervising all supply chain activities for large and sophisticated programs.
Work with multi-functional teams at all levels within the organization and provide business updates to management on a regular or as-required basis.
Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve supply chain efficiency and resiliency.Serve as primary contact point for segment senior leadership to address special requirements and to identify and resolve problems. Escalates issues to appropriate levels for effective resolution.
Work with cross-functional partners to ensure delivery, cost, and working capital components are met for assigned programs while identifying and assessing risks and opportunities of the proposed transactions.
Coordinate all required teams (engineering, purchasing, planning, manufacturing, etc.) to implement programs to customers expectations, meeting or exceeding quality and cost objectives.
Make required adjustments and recommends changes to maintain targeted margins.Indirectly influence key leaders to ensure key targets are achieved.
You Have
Bachelors degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in supply chain management and 3+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience working within a global organization strongly preferred.
Ability to effectively plan, direct and coordinate activates across multi-functional teams and departments.
15-20% travel (Domestic with some international)
