- Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in software development, business, or construction-related field, with three (3) years of in-depth database management in support of construction program/project management, capital improvement planning/forecasting, contract administration, schedule, and budget management OR
- High School diploma or equivalent with ten (10) years of related experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in managing databases and spreadsheets using software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to organize, analyze, and present data
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Positive customer-sensitive attitude
- Proficient in various Microsoft Office applications
- Customer and vendor relationship practices
- Program and project management methodologies
- Effective organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Serve as a database administrator for construction project management software (CPMS)
- Provide CPMS training for internal and external users
- Maintain facility condition assessment and educational adequacy assessment data
- Support and enhance support services of the school district
- Implement educational adequacy and building component standards
- Communicate information regarding district facilities, long-range capital plans, and construction projects to district personnel
- Display professionalism in all interactions
- Submit a cover letter and detailed resume with references
- Include current supervisor's contact information
- Provide complete transcripts of undergraduate and graduate studies
