    Cath Lab Scrub Tech - Day Shift

    This is a 13-week contract position.

    Schedule


    10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM.

    Job Description


    We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Scrub Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in scrubbing, monitoring, and telemetry, with a focus on structural heart procedures.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in complex PCI procedures, including balloon angioplasty, stenting, and thrombectomy.
    • Perform roles involving scrub, monitor, and assist in the insertion of PA lines.
    • Conduct various catheterization procedures and complex interventions.
    • Participate in call rotation and occasional weekend shifts as required.
    • May need to float to other units as needed, primarily to EP.

    Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a scrub tech in a catheterization lab.
    • ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
    • Must possess one of the following: RCIS or ARRT certification.
    • Experience with cardiac procedures, including TAVR and Impella insertion is preferred.
    • Strong skills in rhythm interpretation and conscious sedation are advantageous.
