We are hiring for full time infant teachers to join our amazing team

Lead Teacher Responsibilities:
- Prepare for lessons and activities using our rich, easy-to-use curriculum provided for you with opportunities to add your own creative ideas as desired.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment to ensure responsive care is provided to each child
- Desire to build positive relationships with children and families and be able to provide communication to parents through conversations, messaging and taking pictures to share the child's day and growth.
- A passion for educating young minds in a preschool setting
- Desire to work as part of a teaching team
Lead Teacher minimum qualifications:
- HS Diploma/GED required
- Experience teaching in a licensed preschool setting
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak both Spanish and English
Preferred qualifications:
- a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education or related field, OR
- a CDA (Child Development Associate Certification); AND
- 5-10 years teaching experience in a licensed childcare setting, OR
- 2-3 years' experience in Montessori school setting
