    Human Resource Dimensions has been retained to place a Learning and Development Manager for an insurance client in Atlanta, Georgia. This leader will be responsible for developing employee's potential by designing and implementing learning strategies for the organization. The Learning and Development Manager will design and deliver instructor-led and e-learning courses while collaborating with internal and external partners.

    Responsibilities:
    • Training Needs Analysis: Conduct regular assessments to pinpoint skill gaps and training needs across different departments and roles within the company.
    • Content Creation: Design and create engaging and interactive courses and materials, both for in-person and online delivery, ensuring they are up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with the company's goals.
    • Training Delivery: Conduct or support the delivery of training sessions using various methods such as workshops, webinars, on-the-job training, and e-learning platforms to deliver effective and impactful learning experiences; and serve as administrator for HR's learning management system(s).
    • Training Evaluation: Measure and report on the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to continuously improve the quality and impact of learning initiatives.
    • Employee Development Plans: Collaborate with Associates and Leaders to create and apply individual development plans, providing guidance and support in professional growth and career progression.
    • Human Resources Initiatives: Effectively collaborate with the team to administer new hire orientation, performance management, key projects, and ad hoc requests while providing knowledge of relevant trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and modern technologies.

    Qualifications:
    • Proven work experience in a service-oriented HR Department in a Learning and Development or Training role.
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering HR-compliant training content, both in-person and through e-learning platforms.
    • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including executives, and senior management, to understand organizational needs and align training initiatives simultaneously.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field.
    • Three or more years of work experience in Human Resources in a Learning and Development role.
    • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
    • Professional oral and written communication.
    • Demonstrated record of collaboration, resilience, and perseverance through challenging environments.
