We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Transaction Management Leader II. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of transaction managers and ensuring efficient deal volume.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain procedures and guidelines for transaction management models to enhance Conventional Debt and Special Access Services.


• Serve as a market presence by attending conferences, assisting sales with client meetings, and facilitating calls with rating agencies.


• Collaborate with Sales on business development initiatives and coordinate deal structures based on asset types.


• Promote internal liaison support for Structured Finance Product Expansion teams.
