Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Assistant to join our Houston team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring inquiries are handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email
