    Position Overview

    Honeycomb is seeking a self-starting professional to serve as the Swiss Army Knife supporting Honeycomb's growth strategy and operations. This individual's scope of responsibility will encompass sales operations, lifecycle automation, data analytics, third party research and implementation.

    An open environment, constant feedback cycle, and flat hierarchy lead to an exceptionally collaborative culture. The Sales Operations Manager will report to Honeycomb's of Head of Revenue Operations and regularly collaborate with a team of experienced Sales, Product, Operations and Marketing stakeholders.

    Who You Are

    • Have 3-5 years of experience, with at least 3 in a sales operations role
    • Thrive when given holistic project ownership, from conception, business planning, stakeholder alignment, and execution through automation and/or ongoing management
    • Enjoy serving as a liaison between Sales, Operations and Product teams
    • Demonstrate knack for driving process efficiency
    • Equally adept at identifying a business insight as operationalizing a solution
    • Are self-motivated with an entrepreneurial ambition to get the job done
    • Deploy a rigorous, analytical thought process to solve business problems – a self-described data junkie
    • Advanced technical knowledge of Hubspot or similar CRM systems.

    What You'll Do

    • Automate manual processes, with a key emphasis on partner communications and lifecycle management
    • Build reporting to track KPI trends and trigger applicable actions, driving high-visibility reporting to the Sales team and senior leadership alike
    • Serve as the reporting guru for our entire Revenue function, quantifying KPIs such as performance by territory, economics by lead channel, annualized growth by product line, etc.
    • Lead incentive management programs, spanning the tracking of internal and external goals through midstream reporting to payouts
    • Quantify pipeline progression and pacing to goal attainment
    • Provide regular and proactive data analysis insights, recommendations on how to resolve pain points or improve operations and execute on approved recommendations.

    • Background in high-growth startups is a big plus; experience fine-tuning growth engines through partner distribution sales motions is even better
