We are looking for a Sr Specialist, Talent Acquisition to join our team at Texstar Enterprises, LLC. The Sr Specialist, Talent Acquisition will focus on sourcing, identifying, screening and hiring candidates for various roles within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, some experience in talent acquisition and applicant tracking systems. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments.

    What youll do

    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to get a thorough understanding of each divisions hiring requirements for each role, as well as to fulfill hiring goals and expectations.
    • Coordinate the full life cycle recruiting for a variety of open positions
    • Assist hiring managers with applicant screening, phone screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, and hiring qualified candidates.
    • Maintains the Applicant Tracking System (ICIMS) by reviewing applicants within a timely manner while ensuring all of requisitions are refreshed every 60 days
    • Prepares and sends offer letters to selected candidates
    • Schedule clinic appointments for physicals and drug screens, as well as performing background checks
    • Work with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
    • Work with the HR team to develop and maintain networking relationships with community, college, university, and industry related organizations.
    • Attend Job fairs when needed and other H.R. duties as assigned
    Qualifications:

    Who we are looking for

    • Bachelors Degree in HR, business or relevant field
    • At least 3-5 years of experience / knowledge in HR and/or recruitment
    • Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling, interviews, onboarding processes, new hire orientation, HRIS systems and computer skills (MS Word / MS Excel)
    • Proficient with Microsoft suite ( Excel, Word, etc.)
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Ability to work independently and part of a team with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
    • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
