    Description

    Job Requirements:

    • 1 year of RN experience in the Cath Lab.

    Qualifications:

    • Current Arkansas RN licensure or Current State Compact Licensure
    • BLS Current
    • ACLS within 6 months of hire
    • Graduation from accredited school of nursing
    • BSN preferred

    Responsibilities:

    • Consistently employs respect and compassionate behaviors in the work place.
    • Collaborates with patients, family and other providers to plan, deliver and evaluate treatment for optimal outcomes.
    • Provides comprehensive care addressing physical, psychosocial, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs.
    • Delivers safe and effective nursing care following professional standards and regulations.
    • Demonstrates competent nursing skills and maintains a safe care environment.
    • Identifies and addresses potential safety risks.
