Job Type Full-timeDescriptionManually weld materials and components to specification. Including Mig and/or Tig welding and open to any metals - aluminum, stainless steel, or mild steel. Willing to train.


Essential Function:
Set up and manually operate weld machinePerform welding processes on aluminum, stainless steel, or mild steel as neededUse weld fixtures, gauges, and jigs when appropriateProduce production parts as per specified requirementsOperate forklift, pallet jack, hoist or crane to move productPerform quality inspection to ensure parts are produced to specificationAssist with any other duties as assignedRequirements

Basic Requirements:
Knowledge of MIG/TIG/Resistance welding principlesAbility to read a blueprint a blusGeneral manufacturing experience and knowledge of different materialsBasic to intermediate math, computer, and written/verbal communication skillsKnowledge of welding machine adjustmentsGeneral knowledge of grinders, power tools and other small hand tools, including tape measure and caliperRead and understand prints, weld symbols, process sheets, and other documents
