Job summary
The Grants Compliance Manager ensures the Urban League of Rochester maintains strong internal controls,clear processes, and consistent compliance practices for all grants and contracts.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the owner of compliance policies and processes: maintain playbooks,
checklists, and templates. - Conduct monthly spot checks/internal testing of payroll allocations,
timsheets, procurement (three-bid process), subrecipient monitoring, - Maintain and monitor a Compliance Calendar for reporting deadlines,
monitoring visits, and single-audit PBCs.
