Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional to support daily operations and serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. This role is essential to keeping our office organized, our schedules efficient, and communication flowing smoothly between customers, field crews, and management.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a dedicated office space, managing high call volume, and handling detailed administrative tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication

  • Answer and manage multiple phone lines
  • Screen calls and schedule estimates
  • Provide professional service to residential and commercial customers

Office & Administrative Support

  • Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
  • Manage daily email flow and customer correspondence
  • Support accounting with organized documentation

Operations Coordination

  • Act as liaison between field crews and management
  • Ensure schedules are clear and updated
  • Help maintain efficient daily workflow

Marketing Support

  • Work with the Marketing Manager to assist with social media posts
  • Share project updates and engage with the online community

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional office setting
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision
  • Professional phone and communication skills
  • Comfortable using social media platforms in a business setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
  • Experience in construction, landscaping, or service industries is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
