• High School Diploma
• 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work 10 hours of weekly overtime
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Responsibilities: • Expedites, routes, and dispatches material and parts in accordance with production schedules and commitments.
• Reviews master production schedule to determine possible and actual shortages and alerts proper authorities of potential problems.
• Generates progress reports on schedule status and keeps records of completed orders.
• Takes appropriate action to expedite materials such as order damaged material repaired or in-house material transportation.
• Reports on completion dates, material changes or substitutions, shortages, and schedule modifications.
• Confirming of parts reclamation from discrepancy forms and scrap content.
• Processing discrepancies for assemblers and program kits with new parts from stock, SMT, or particular cells for replacement of CCA's.
• Assist SMT Line, Component Prep, Program cells, and Special Build with parts and material for replacement.
• Track inventory, work orders, production runs, quality and engineering changes through Solumina and SAP.
• Perform adequate research and workflow knowledge to ensure kits, discrepancies, and production runs are fulfilled and satisfied through processes, documented procedures, and work instructions.
• Service all immediate needs concerning parts and materials to the production floor
