Days and weekends schedules

What You'll Do
• Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the home
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and document patient condition
• Educate and support families
• Collaborate with the Phoenix clinical team
What You Need
• Active MO RN or LPN (or Compact) license
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, self-motivated
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
